Our client has a worldwide network of production facilities and distribution centers and is looking for a key contributor to the self-billing processes of truck carriers.
So what does a Freight Invoicing Coördinator do on a daily basis?
- Daily communication with the truck carriers to discuss shipment cost prior to invoicing;
- Train the truck carriers on the "freight self-billing process";
- Take initiative to continuously improve and optimize current processes;
- Develop solutions and opportunities to expand current services.
As a Freight Invoicing Coördinator, you have the following qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree
- Proficient in spoken and written English. Any other European languages are a plus
- 2+ years of relevant work experience
- Eager to learn and a healthy curiosity
- Team player
- Interest in transportation and supply chain
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
Our client can you offer you the following package:
- market-based salary
- 37h working week
- Meal vouchers (€8/day)
- Home working fee (€60 net per month)
