**What does this job entail?**:
An enormous number of currencies, bonds, shares and derivatives are traded every day in our **dealing rooms**. And they all involve certain financial risks. As our Market Risk Manager, you are part of the team that ensures the risks are responded to with **the utmost responsibility**.

- act as a **partner** for our dealing rooms, traders and sales dealers, using our expertise on trading market risk and counterparty risk to their benefit;
- adapt, anticipate and **stay up to date** with any changes in our field of work;
- offer **different** stakeholders **insights into risks** via monitoring, analyses, advice, reporting and follow-ups;
- **continuously improve** our systems and processes with the help of technical experts and colleagues who think along with us on a conceptual level;
- work together, **moving forward as a single team** while giving our staff members the room to organise their work independently.
**What do we expect from you?**:
- You immerse yourself in risk management, and more particularly, in trading market risk and counterparty risk.
- You stay up to date with the latest from the financial markets.
- You contribute to the **core activities** described above, making sure we** fulfil our strategies**.
