Pour l’un de nos prestigieux clients, une compagnie d’assurance innovante située à Bruxelles, nous cherchons un Underwriter Non Life. Si vous êtes passionné par le monde de l’assurance et l’orientation client est votre seconde nature., alors cette offre est faite pour vous.
**Vos tâches en tant qu’ Underwriter Non Life**
- Vous répondez aux clients et aux agents et leur fournissez des conseils corrects et de qualité concernant leurs questions relatives à la gestion des polices.
- Vous opérez les actes de gestion nécessaires à la suite de ces contacts.
- Vous négociez les offres et vous établissez de nouveaux contrats d'assurance. Dans ce cadre, vous analysez et évaluez les risques impliqués et vous veillez à une tarification correcte.
- Vous adaptez des contrats d'assurance en cours et vous construisez une collaboration solide avec le réseau commercial.

**Le profil idéal de l’Underwriter Non Life**
- Vous êtes diplômé d’un bachelor en banque, assurance, finance, droit ou marketing
- L’orientation client est votre seconde nature. Vous êtes à l’écoute du récit et des besoins de votre client ou de l’agent. Vous aidez au maximum votre client en prenant rapidement les bonnes décisions sur la base d'informations que vous êtes capable d’analyser et de synthétiser rapidement.
- Vous êtes Francophone ou Néerlandophone avec une bonne connaissance de l’autre langue.
- Vous recherchez une fonction dynamique et vous faites preuve de résistance au stress et de flexibilité vis-à-vis des tâches attribuées. Vous aimez prendre des responsabilités.
- Faisant preuve d'esprit d’équipe, vous êtes enthousiaste à l'idée de continuer à améliorer vos connaissances. Vous et votre Team Leader organisez régulièrement des moments de feed-back.
