**Bedrijf**
As **MarCom Specialist**, you will be responsible for the planning, execution and analysis of the **marketing plan for our Nordic ID brand** in EMEA & Australia, providing the right support our partners & prospect with the right message at the right time.

Nordic ID has been acquired by Brady in 2021. Focused on RFID and IoT technologies, Nordic ID products are sold globally via selected partners. In your role, you’ll have to translate complex elements into easy looking solutions.

**Wat je doet**
- Develop and implement a trade marketing strategy (increase demand with Value Added Retailers, wholesalers and distributors)
- Initiate, develop and execute lead nurturing programs, supporting the business strategy, product introductions, segment plans, EMEA-wide promotions or upcoming exhibitions
- Maintain and optimize the processes between support tools (ex: Hubspot, Pipedrive)
- Main point of contact for Nordic ID Brand support
- Analyse customer database, improve segmentation & data quality (continuous improvements with CRM & sales teams) to target the optimal audience for the online marketing campaign
- Manage relationships with external agencies for website & social media topics
- Support closely the Nordic ID dedicated sales team

**Wie je bent**
- Result-driven marketing professional with a Bachelor degree and 3 to 5 years of **experience with marketing communication in industrial environment (ideally RFID or IoT related)**:

- Excellent marketing communication skills organisational skills (link between market, product & MarCom, understand customer segments, and their influencers)
- Proactive thinker and self-motivated, required limited supervisionGood teamwork (capable to work in an international, virtual team)
- Can do attitude, are able to work with a deadline and can manage several projects at once
- Excellent proofreading skills and attention to detail
- Must be able to work in Google & Microsoft environments
- Experienced in CRM and marketing automation tools
- Analytical skills to analyse results of implemented activities and continuously improve the return on marketing investment
- Good writing skills (in English)
- Ideally bi-lingual or 3-lingual (excellent written and spoken knowledge of English is mandatory)
- Service oriented, but focused on key priorities
