**Title: Manufacturing Scientist**:
**Location**: Wallonia, Belgium

We are looking for a talented Manufacturing Scientist to join our client's growing team. You will work on the development and production of innovative therapies, in close collaboration with our R&D and manufacturing teams.

**Main Responsibilities**:

- Develop and optimize manufacturing processes for vectorized antibodies and cell therapies
- Ensure production monitoring and product quality
- Manage relationships with CROs and suppliers
- Write and submit regulatory submissions
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of processes and technologies

**Qualifications**:

- Master's degree in Biological, Chemical, or Pharmaceutical Sciences
- 5-6 years of minimum experience in the pharmaceutical or biotechnological industry
- Strong experience with vectorized antibodies, process development, analytical development, production monitoring, and cell therapy
- Prior experience with a CRO is an asset
- 1-2 regulatory experiences with submission of marketing authorizations and knowledge of CMC techniques (Chemistry, Manufacturing, and Control)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- French is a plus
