**Position: Housekeeping Specialist**

**Location**: Our different hotels in Brussels.

**Key Responsibilities**:
For the day-to-day housekeeping tasks, we currently have a team already in place. What we are additionally looking for is a Housekeeping Specialist, who will **deal with the requests of guests who expect an extra, higher level of quality**. In addition, this colleague will also be **responsible for deep cleaning our units**. Other key responsibilities are:

- **Perform a variety of cleaning activities** such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and polishing.
- Ensure **all rooms are cared for and inspected** according to our standards.
- **Protect equipment** and make sure there are no inadequacies.
- **Notify superiors of any damages, deficits, and disturbances**.
- Be our eyes & ears in some of our properties.
- **Deal with reasonable complaints/requests with professionalism and patience.**:

- **Follow all health and safety regulations** strictly and stay informed about company practices related to these areas.
- **Serve breakfast** during the morning shift (for when this might be needed).
- **Fill in for colleagues on the housekeeping team** who exceptionally fall out.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- **Proven experience** as a cleaner or housekeeper.
- **Basic knowledge of hotel services**.
- Ability to work with **little supervision** and **maintain a high level of performance**.
- **Customer-oriented** and **friendly**.
- Prioritization and time management skills.
- Working quickly without compromising quality.
- Certification in a related field is a plus.
