**Description de l’entreprise
**BPO (Belgian Pipeline Organisation) assure 24 heures sur 24 l'exploitation et la fiabilité de la partie belgo-luxembourgeoise du Central Europe Pipeline System (CEPS), réseau militaire assurant le transport et le stockage de carburants en vrac sur le territoire national ainsi que dans les pays limitrophes, et dans lequel les capacités non utilisées par les militaires sont mises à la disposition de tiers.
Au carrefour des flux internationaux, BPO est un chaînon indispensable, permettant par pipeline l'approvisionnement en kérosène et en gasoil des clients militaires et civils situés en Europe de l'Ouest.
**Description de la fonction
**Fonctions principales:
- En 1ère instance, rapporter à l'analyste principal de l'inspection des lignes. En 2ème instance, rapporter au chef (Officier Supérieur) du département "Third Party Interference, Prevention & Environment".
- Importer et traiter les demandes des tiers qui arrivent via le système électronique (KLIM-CICC/KLIP), les lettres et courriels dans le système informatique spécifique AGIS ("Administrative and Geografic Information System"). Toutes les demandes des régions sont enregistrées et traitées au siège central de Louvain. Le traitement se déroule dans la langue du demandeur (néerlandais ou français).
- Formuler une réponse au demandeur ou faire parvenir la demande à l'inspecteur de ligne compétant pour actions complémentaires. Les réponses doivent cadrer dans les obligations légales des tiers (entrepreneurs, particuliers, communes, etc.) afin de pouvoir exécuter leurs travaux de manière sécurisée.
- Fournir l'information aux demandes (appels téléphoniques, courriels, etc.) concernant les travaux à proximité du pipeline y compris les questions relatives au cadre législatif.
- Filtrer les observations des inspections aériennes par degré d'urgence et ensuite les enregistrer dans le système informatique.
- Faire en sorte d'avoir une occupation permanente du service pendant les heures de service.
- Après une période de formation pouvoir passer à travailler de façon indépendante.
Fonctions additionnelles:
- Assister à améliorer des procédures internes et externes (méthodes de travail, directives légales de sécurité, etc.), comme pour le système informatique AGIS.
- Fournir un support en cas d'incidents sur le réseau pipeline de la BPO.
- Apporter un soutien à la gestion de statistiques (annonces, demandes, infractions, inspections aériennes, etc.) et aux activités administratives complémenaires.
**Description du profil
**Diplôme: 3ème degée de l'enseignement secondaire
Connaissances linguistiques:
- Bonne connaissance de la deuxième langue nationale (néérlandais ou français)
- La connaissance de l'anglais est un plus
- Possibilité de suivre des cours de langues
Connaissances en informatique:
- Bonne connaissance de MS Office (Word, Excel,...)
- Savoir chercher et exploiter des données online de manière fluide
Avoir un permis B

- Expérience dans l'administration et dans la gestion électronique d'information.
Etre de nationalité belge ou avoir la nationalité d'un état membre de l'Union Européenne ou de l'OTAN.
Avoir un comportement irréprochable (preuve à fournir au moyen de l'extrait du casier judiciaire).
Etre déclaré médicalement apte par le médecin du travail.
