Investor Associate

Entourage is an integrated venture studio that builds and funds the next generation of B2B SaaS companies. We combine a venture studio (Entourage Studio) with a VC fund (Entourage Capital).

We’re looking for an Investor Associate to find and partner with the most exciting early stage B2B SaaS companies across Europe.

**As Investor Associate, your main responsibilities include**:

- **Sourcing**: Pioneer innovative sourcing methodologies, leveraging Entourage’s unique AI capabilities and network
- **Network Building**:Leverage your deep curiosity and passion for new ideas to connect with the most ambitious founders who want to disrupt their industry.
- **Deal Flow**: Screen and evaluate exceptional startups, and support deal execution and closing.
- **Market Research**:Identify emerging spaces and attractive markets across target geographies through AI and data-driven analysis.
- **Fund Operations**: Drive improvements in fund reporting and operations.
- **Portfolio Support**: Actively supporting portfolio companies through strategic initiatives

**Requirements**:

- Experience working at a tech startup
- Unrelenting drive and eagerness to identify exceptional talent and startups.
- Strong passion for technology, startups and more broadly entrepreneurship.
- Intellectual curiosity, you will be looking at companies operating in a wide range of sectors and will be expected to quickly gain an understanding of how these work.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills as you’ll spend a lot of time talking to entrepreneurs, experienced operators and fellow investors.
- Entrepreneurial, coding and/or investment experience would be a plus.
- Fluency in a major European language in addition to English is preferred.
