**agent de voyages,** vous pensez du point de vue du client. Des conseils avisés ne se résument pas à la réservation d’un voyage. Qu’il s’agisse de vacances en avion, d’un séjour aux sports d’hiver, d’une escapade près de chez vous ou d’une croisière, vous êtes la meilleure source d’inspiration de votre client désireux de partir.
- À son retour également, vous vous renseignez auprès de lui pour savoir comment son voyage s’est déroulé et vous pouvez déjà anticiper sur ses prochaines vacances. De cette manière, nous voulons offrir à nos clients une expérience de vacances unique Vous faites partie de notre Flying Team et êtes déployé de manière flexible dans votre région.

**Sur le poste**
- Il y a de tellement de façons différentes d’être impliqué:_
- Vous accueillez le client et écoutez ses attentes. Vous avez la capacité de détecter précisément ses centres d’intérêt et ses souhaits de vacances.
- Vous créez un projet de voyage adapté conforme aux attentes du client, compte tenu de son budget. Vous le tenez au courant des promotions TUI actuelles.
- Vous l’informez au sujet des possibilités d’hébergement, de la destination, des documents de voyage, des assurances, de la location d’une voiture, du transport depuis et vers l’aéroport ainsi que des autres produits et services liés au voyage.

- Un diplôme dans le tourisme et/où de l’expérience dans une agence de voyage sont requis pour poursuivre votre formation et votre développement en vue de devenir un véritable expert des vacances.
- Votre attitude dynamique, commerciale et axée sur les besoins du client contribue à préparer nos prestations jusque dans les moindres détails et à atteindre les objectifs de notre entreprise.
- Une excellente communication: vous avez la capacité d’aider chaque client, que ce soit en néerlandais, en anglais ou en français. Vous êtes capable de vous exprimer aisément dans minimum une de nos langues nationales. Bien entendu, nous attendons de votre part un bon bilinguisme pour travailler dans une région bilingue.
- Vous travaillez avec soin et précision en vue de garantir une gestion impeccable de l’administratif.
- Vous êtes un bon équipier: la solidarité et l’ambiance collégiale permettent de travailler dans un cadre agréable au sein de l’organisation TUI.
- En fonction des heures d’ouverture de l’agence, vous faites des horaires variables. Vous travaillez parfois en soirée et/ou le samedi. Vous pouvez parfaitement vous adapter.
