**The newly built Holiday Inn Express Suites will be opening it's doors in October 2024, expanding our footprint and solidifying our presence in the local market.**

Excitingly, our growth doesn't stop there. Our owners are developing **an additional full-service hotel with a meeting centre, opening in 2025,** expanding our footprint and solidifying our presence in the local market.

A day in the life of

As Night Receptionist, you will:

- Use your expertise to always deliver a first-class service to all guests. You will be the first and last point of contact for our guests, ensuring a smooth check in/out process for all;
- Be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our hotel guests and staff during the night. You will ensure that security checks are carried out on each shift, with emphasis on fire safety and overall security of the building;
- Be conducting the nightly audit to close the day's business and liaise with the accounts team to ensure accuracy.
- Ensure the Front Office Supervisor is kept fully aware of any relevant feedback from guests and other departments.
- Maximise room occupancy and use up-selling techniques to promote hotel services and facilities.
- Comply with hotel security, fire regulations and all health and safety legislation.
