**Your Role**
As a Medior to Senior Scrum Master/Consultant, you will:
- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and ensure their effectiveness.
- Support teams in managing project scope, timelines, and deliverables.
- Promote collaboration, problem-solving, and transparency within the team.
- Identify and address impediments to ensure continuous progress.
**Your Profile**
**Must haves**:
- Higher Education (Bachelor - Master level).
- Proven Scrum Master experience in an IT environment.
- Professional certifications (PSM 2 or SAFe Scrum Master).
- Advanced communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Strong leadership abilities and a commitment to delivering results.
**Nice to haves**:
- Experience with DevOps and IT delivery methodologies.
- Knowledge of (business) processes and requirements.
- Experience in coaching and relationship management in a global context.
- Fluency in Dutch and English (French is a plus).
