Looking for a job where you can use your digital marketing skills to develop and empower our brand and business? Our growing Marketing & Communication team is looking for a dynamic and experienced Digital Marketing Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for enhancing our digital presence and helping grow our business and build our brand. The best person for this job has a wide interest in the different digital marketing channels, loves tackling new challenges and is passionate about marketing technology and innovation.

**What does a Digital Marketing Specialist do at Grant Thornton?**
- You spearhead the development and implementation of a captivating digital content marketing strategy.
- You coordinate the digital marketing calendar
- You create, edit and refine high-impact digital corporate marketing and employer branding content across various channels, ensuring a seamless omnichannel approach and taking into account brand requirements.
- You oversee website management and enhancement projects.
- You identify and increase business opportunities by
- managing digital campaigns to drive awareness and lead generation
- improving SEO by revising and optimizing content
- writing newsletters
- creating video and photographic content.
- You monitor, analyse and report on the performance of our digital channels and communications, providing insights for continuous improvement.
- You work in close collaboration with our external agency.
- You take the lead in (new) digital projects and marketing campaigns
- You monitor trends in digital marketing and incorporate innovation within Grant Thornton’s marketing.
- You will further develop your own and the team’s digital marketing competencies.

**Who are you and what are your skills?**
- You have a bachelor’s or master’s degree in marketing or a related field.
- You have 4+ years of experience as a Digital Marketing Specialist or in a similar role, preferably in a B2B environment.
- You have experience with web publishing and proficiency in SEO, SEA, Google Analytics, social media platforms, etc.
- You have knowledge of digital marketing automation software and ERP / CRM, or at least you want to delve into it.
- You have excellent verbal and written English and Dutch and / or French communication and copywriting skills.
- You have strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team.
- You are a problem-solver and think along proactively.
- You have an analytical mindset with a keen attention to detail.
- You keep track of digital trends, and know what it takes to make our brand digitally successful.
