**Functie**:
Als **Business Unit Assistant** ben je verantwoordelijk voor het ondersteunen van het team op verschillende gebieden.
Jouw takenpakket omvat onder andere:
**Productkennis**
- Verstrekken van **productinformatie** en **beantwoorden** van technische **vragen**:

- Bijwerken van de **centrale** **kennisdatabase** (S.M.S.)

**Administratie**
- ** Prijsbeheer** (prijsinvoer in Movex, onderhoud van de prijsmatrix)
- Beheer van **contracten**, aanbestedingen, prijsoffertes, brieven, etc...
- Beheer van **klantgegevens**:

- Beheer van **voorraad** en **backorders** (communicatie met CCC)
- Beheer van monsters
- Beheer van **consignatie**/demo-instrumenten
- Beheer van **nieuwe** **accounts**:

- Ondersteuning bij **credit** **control**:

- ** Prognoses** opstellen
- Coördinatie van **klachten** over de kwaliteit
- Ondersteuning bij **statistische** **informatie**

**Congresbeheer**
- Ondersteuning bij de **voorbereiding** van **congressen**:

- Ondersteuning bij de **verstrekking** van **klantinformatie** (brochures, etc...)
- Opvolgen van **sponsoringdossiers**:

- Opvolgen van RE-dossiers
- Ondersteuning bij de **organisatie** van **sociale** **activiteiten**:

- Ondersteuning bij de organisatie van andere activiteiten (fabrieksbezoeken, technische trainingen)
- ** Telemarketingactiviteiten**:

- Mailings

**Algemeen**:

- Het aannemen van alle andere verantwoordelijkheden en bevoegdheden die deze functie kan vereisen met betrekking tot nieuwe kansen.

**Profiel en vaardigheden**:
Jij bent de ideale BU Assistant als:

- Een **bachelor** **diploma** hebt behaalt in een administratieve richting zoals bv. Management Assistant. Bij voorkeur heb je dit reeds in de praktijk kunnen omzetten binnen een 1e ervaring met gelijkaardige taken;
- Vlot kan werken met **PC** **en** **Office**. Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Outlook, ze zijn je niet vreemd;
- Je vlot kan uitdrukken in het **Nederlands** en het **Engels**, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk;
- Bekend staat voor je **nauwkeurigheid** en **teamspirit**. Iemand met **oog** **voor** **detail** en die teamgericht is, dat is wat we zoeken;
- Werk ziet liggen. Jij staat bekend als iemand die **initiatief** neemt en **proactief** te werk gaat;
- Houdt van organiseren en ondersteunen, het zijn namelijk de key woorden in deze functie;
