**About the role**:
The Paid Media Executive will participate in the Brands' overall media strategy, define and execute the paid media strategy. The Paid Media Executive will define the Paid Media plan in accordance with owned and earned media and based on the 360 Consumer Marketing Plan.

As a Paid Media Executive, you will;
Define A&P budget needs and optimal paid media mix to reach goals (always on and campaigns).

Prepare agency brief with review from Consumer Marketing and lead communications with the agency for branded projects.

Control plan and assets created by the agency.

Oversee Brands' advertising strategy and investments and build a consolidated calendar of paid media activities

Consolidate planning of performance activities (search, paid social, programmatic buying etc.)

Ensure best-in-class paid media expertise and adoption of MarTechTools

Keep up to date with market trends to drive digital expertise
**Qualifications**

QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience: 2-3 years of experience in digital marketing.
- Technical Proficiency: Knowledge and experience working with digital advertising platforms (Google Ads Manager, Facebook Ads Manager, or other Social Media Marketing tools) and analytics tools (Google Analytics, Google Data Studio, Excel).
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with a proven ability to leverage data to make intelligent, actionable business decisions.
- Omnichannel Campaigns: Ability to create omnichannel (online + offline) brand-building campaigns that engage the target audience.
- Creativity: Ability to develop creative ideas and strategies that drive success and growth for our brands.
- Project Management: Strong organizational skills to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Budget Management: Experience in managing and optimizing budgets to achieve the best results.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Brand Knowledge: Understanding of product, consumer behavior, and brand strategy.
