Senior Project Manager Batteries

**EMS (European Maintenance Support)** is looking out for new colleagues in order to support our team. Within EMS, the department "Projects & Site Solutions" is managing a very diversified project portfolio composed of large scale overhauls and midsized technical business development like battery projects, upgrade powerplants, modifications of installations and demolition of power plants.

We are looking for a **Senior Project Manager** with main focus on the Netherlands & Belgium. First key area will be midsized technical projects and in the first phase battery projects in the Netherlands & Belgium. When needed, you will also lead large scale overhauls if the ENGIE power plants.

**YOUR CHALLENGE as **Senior Project Manager**:

- You** manage a **multidisciplinary and complex **project portfolio** composed of several projects in different phases (scope - preparation - execution - consolidation)
- ensure that project milestones and targets are met by actively managing projects through appropriate resource, issue, and risk management
- ensure a clear scope definition and manage the changes
- ensure qualitative project reporting, cost follow-up and communication
- work out a detailed project planning and manage internal and external resources
- manage the purchasing process (needs, selection of contractors, order and settlement)
- ensure the project consolidation (technical reports, financial consolidation, REX...)
- ensure the project safety policy in all aspects and during all phases of the project
- coach the project team members in the project-oriented approach

**YOUR PROFILE as **Senior Project Manager**:

- You hold **a Master degree **in Industrial or Civil Engineering in a technical field of study or equal by experience
- You have **experience** in managing **complex projects **or **managing teams** in power plants or the process industry
- You are capable to work in a** complex matrix organization**:

- You have excellent **communication & interpersonal **skills
- You are a strong **contract manager**:

- You are **multilingual**: excellent command of English and Dutch and / or French (both written and spoken)
- You have good business understanding (industry - electricity generation - maintenance service suppliers...)
- You’re **flexible** and **willing to travel regularly** (30% - 50% of the time) within Belgium and The Netherlands

Registred Office: Linkebeek but workplaces are available in all power plants of ENGIE to optimize travelling
