**purchasing analyst **you
***
**assist the local buyer **in the
**execution of purchases of materials and services for the activities of the company**, achieving user satisfaction in price, quality and delivery time.

RESPONSIBILITY:

- **Review requisitions, replacement plan, contracts or open purchases**:

- Analyze alternatives, **negotiate with suppliers** and elaborate comparative tables
- Creation of the O / C, monitoring and verification of compliance order
- Register and archive of the purchase file
- Identify the needs, conditions and type of purchase
- **Conduct the search and call for suppliers**:

- Collect information on the history of the provider to be evaluated
- Qualitative and quantitative evaluation analysis
- **Update supplier database**:

- Work in accordance with the HSE, quality and environmental procedures and policies and instructions, whether documented or not, and their specific responsibilities.
- **Technical Bachelor degree** or engineering
- Desirable at least **2-3 years of experience in similar position**:

- Courses and or training in warehouse is a plus
- Advanced **English**:

- Intermediate** MS Office**:

- You are** immediately available**
