**Job Description Summary**: The Manager of 3PL Operations will oversee the third-party logistics providers who are responsible for storing, picking, packing, and shipping goods to customers on behalf of the company. The role requires a strategic approach to vendor selection, performance management, and continuous improvement of 3PL operations to ensure alignment with the company’s business objectives and customer satisfaction.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with 3PL providers to ensure operational excellence and compliance with service level agreements.
- Monitor and analyze 3PL performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate 3PL operations with company systems and processes, ensuring seamless order to cash operations.
- Lead initiatives to optimize logistics operations, including cost reduction, service improvement, and process standardization.
- Ensure 3PL providers adhere to regulatory requirements, quality standards, and environmental policies.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to align 3PL operations with overall supply chain strategies and business goals.
- Oversee the management of customer returns, transport sourcing, and execution through 3PL partners.
- Manage the replenishment of 3PL sites from the main central distribution centers to ensure inventory levels are maintained and optimized.
- Provide leadership and direction to the team responsible for 3PL management, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and customer focus.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in logistics or supply chain management, with a focus on third-party logistics.
- Strong understanding of supply chain processes, including order management, inventory control, and distribution.
- Proven track record of managing 3PL providers and improving logistics operations.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
- Proficient in supply chain management software and Microsoft Office Suite.

**Working Conditions**:

- Office-based role with occasional travel to 3PL sites and distribution centers.
- Collaboration with global teams across different time zones may require flexibility in working hours.
