Level Up (HBLS) education center offers language, dance, art, theater, and IT classes to 3-18 y.o. kids and teens.

We are looking for a coordinator to help with the administrative section of the school.

**TIMETABLE**

**School days**
- **Mon ** 15:30-20:00
- **Tue** 15:30-20:00
- **Wed **11:00-15:30 or 15:30-20:00
- **Thurs **15:30-20:00
- **Fri **15:30-20:00
- **Sat**: 9:00-13:30 or 13:15-17:45

**School holidays**
- **Mon** 7:45-12h45 or 12:45-17h45
- **Tue** 7:45-12h45 or 12:45-17h45
- **Wed** 7:45-12h45 or 12:45-17h45
- **Thurs** 7:45-12h45 or 12:45-17h45

**REQUIREMENTS**
- Dynamic & sociable personality
- Fluency in English & French, basic knowledge of Dutch
- Administrative work experience
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills
- Familiarity with office management procedures
- Ability to work under pressure
- Love and patience for working with kids
- Excellent knowledge of Office and Outlook
- High school diploma | BA / MA is preferred

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Coordinating school activities and operations to secure efficiency
- Communicating with clients
- Creating and updating records and databases
- Tracking stocks of office supplies and placing orders when necessary
- Assisting colleagues whenever necessary
- Replacing the absent teachers if necessary
- Assisting kids whenever necessary
