Reports to:
The Lead contract support

Responsibility level:

- Coordination of financial and administrative processes
- Advisor role of contract
- Coordination of HR related matters
- HSE support
- Assist Account Manager in administrative processes

Principal duties:

- Coordination of administrative processes, general admin support
- Client business revue preparation deck
- Client satisfaction survey and follow up on KPI’s
- Ensuring that the tech is in place and that documents such as contracts, SLAs and SOWs are updated.
- Main vocal point of Quality
- Knowledgeable user of systems
- Budget TrackerMy Supplier
- Coupa
- PO creation, Billing ,Reporting of accruals
- Main vocal point for CBRE and supliers for financial related questions
- Follow up invoicing with suppliers
- Close cooperation with site manager and Lead contract support
- Support of CBRE admin such as post, car fleet, HR matters..
