Our client is a fast growing company active in the** med-tech **sector**.
As **Group Legal Counsel **you will be **responsible** for:
- Be the advisor and sparring partner of the management team;
- Corporate housekeeping;
- Be the legal key contact during negotiations with customers, suppliers, contractors;
- Be the legal key contact during M&A transactions, liaising with external M&A lawyers assisting us during due diligence phases and structuring;
- Be the legal key contact during possible litigations.
The required **profile** for the **Group Legal Counsel **position:
- A Master degree in law, with preferably mínimal 7 years of relevant experience as legal counsel/lawyer, but happy if you have more experience;
- A generalist - meaning we do not expect you to be a specialist on all topics;
- A self-starter who can benefit from a proper handover by the external lawyer office;
- A coordinating role between commercial and operational teams with external lawyer office, being the spider in the web;
- Proactive;
- Energetic;
- Enthusiastic;
- Hands-on;
- Pragmatic;
- A can-do mentality.
