Our client is a global provider of products, services and solutions.

The **main accountabilities** for this job include:
You are responsible for the key aspects of the financial affairs.

Your primary focus is on:
Financial Accounting & Reporting
- Maintain complete and accurate financial records in accordance with IFRS and GAAP.
- Meet all group and external reporting deadlines.
- Interaction with group and statutory auditors.
- Preparation of budgets, forecasts and business plans.

Tax & legal set-up and optimalization
- Compliance of local tax filings including audits
- Review of transfer pricing structure.
- Streamline the legal group structure.

Compliance
- Responsible for putting in place a strong control environment to ensure compliance with the Group & Local Authority Manual.
- Continually review & optimize the internal control processes.
- Support business in implementing improvements in accordance with internal and external requirements

Cash management & treasury
- Responsible for Cash management including credit control and payables [cash collection, payment terms].
- Maintain and develop bank relationships.
- Optimize the capex cashflow by implementing financial leasing.
- Act as a value-added and challenging foil to the Managing Director and Senior managers in the organization.

Shared service center (Finance & non-finance)

The requested qualifications for this job include:

- You have a master's degree in finance or related fields;
- Having audit experience is a plus;
- You have minimum 7-10 years of experience as an Audit or Finance Manager/Director in an international environment;
- You have good understanding of tax legislation and compliance;
- You have proven track record in implementing analytical reporting systems and developing and optimizing ERP systems;
- You have excellent understanding of IFRS and GAAP;
- Experience in procurement and project management is a clear plus;
- You are fluent in English and Dutch. German knowledge is a plus.
