**Principales responsabilités**:
- **Rapports mensuels**:
- Préparer et mettre à jour les rapports financiers mensuels, y compris le budget par rapport à la réalité et les prévisions par rapport à la réalité, à l'intention du siège et de la direction locale.
- Développer et maintenir des modèles de reporting réutilisables dans Excel pour un reporting mensuel efficace.
- Fournir des commentaires détaillés et des informations sur les écarts, en mettant en évidence les principaux facteurs de performance et les divergences.
- Veiller à l'exactitude et à la ponctualité de tous les rapports et maintenir l'intégrité des données.
- **Budgétisation et prévisions**:
- Participer à la préparation des budgets annuels et des prévisions périodiques.
- Collaborer avec les différents services pour recueillir des informations et valider les hypothèses afin d'obtenir des projections précises.
- Contrôler le respect des budgets et des prévisions, en identifiant les risques et les opportunités afin de soutenir la mise en place de mesures correctives.
- **Contrôle des coûts et analyse de la rentabilité**:
- Effectuer des analyses détaillées des coûts, de la rentabilité et des indicateurs de performance.
- Élaborer des modèles et des outils pour soutenir l'évaluation de l'efficacité des coûts et de la rentabilité dans les différents secteurs d'activité.
- Travailler en étroite collaboration avec le responsable du contrôle de gestion et avec l'entreprise pour recommander des stratégies d'optimisation des coûts et de suivi de l'amélioration des marges.
- **Soutien du modèle stratégique**:
- Maintenir et mettre à jour le modèle stratégique.
- Analyser les scénarios à long terme et leur impact sur les principaux indicateurs financiers.
- Collaborer avec la direction en fournissant des données financières qui soutiendront les décisions stratégiques.
- **Amélioration des processus**:
- Identifier les opportunités d'amélioration des processus de reporting, y compris l'automatisation et l'optimisation/simplification des modèles Excel.
- Collaborer avec l'équipe informatique, le PMO, la transformation des processus et d'autres départements pour mettre en œuvre des systèmes efficaces de collecte et d'analyse des données.
- **Analyses et rapports ad hoc**:
- Fournir des analyses et des rapports financiers ad hoc à la demande de la direction.
- Soutenir l'entreprise dans la prise de décision en préparant des analyses pertinentes et perspicaces.
- **Interagir avec le contrôle de gestion du groupe**:
- Coordonner et aligner les rapports financiers et les prévisions avec l'équipe de contrôle de gestion du groupe.
- Échanger des informations et des données pour assurer la cohérence et l'exactitude des mesures financières.
- Participer aux discussions avec le contrôle de gestion du groupe pour développer des stratégies.
**Profil**:
**Qualifications**:
- Maîtrise en finance, en administration des affaires ou dans un domaine connexe.
- Au moins 5 à 8 ans d'expérience dans un rôle d'analyse commerciale ou de contrôle financier.
- Expérience dans un environnement industriel ou de fabrication.
- Une bonne connaissance de l'informatique et des systèmes ERP (de préférence SAP) ainsi que des outils de veille économique est souhaitable.
- Maîtrise de l'anglais et du français.
**Aptitudes et compétences clés**:
- Aptitude à préparer des rapports PowerPoint professionnels et à présenter des résultats financiers.
- Maîtrise de Microsoft Excel, y compris la capacité de créer des formules complexes, des tableaux croisés dynamiques et des macros, ainsi que de Power BI et d'autres outils d'analyse pour la visualisation des données et la création de rapports interactifs.
- Solides compétences en matière d'analyse et de résolution de problèmes, avec un sens aigu du détail.
- Connaissance des processus de budgétisation, de prévision et d'établissement de rapports financiers.
- Excellentes compétences en matière de communication, capables de présenter les résultats de manière claire et efficace.
