**Wat houdt het in?**
Als Smaakchef ben jij de creatieve kracht achter de keukens van twee (mogelijk drie) F&B outlets in De Vleeshalle én een foodtruck. Je leidt een klein maar fijn keukenteam (1 vaste medewerker en een flexibele poule aan studenten en flexi’s) en zorgt ervoor dat alles op rolletjes loopt.

**Wat ga je doen?**
- **Menukaarten toveren**:Uitwerken van verschillende menu’s.
- **Kennis van de Aziatische keuken is zeker een bonus**:
- **Cijfers in de vingers**:Bewaken van budgetten, foodcost en loonkost.
- **HACCP-held**:Je houdt de kwaliteit en hygiëne scherp in de gaten**.**:
- **Logistieke wonderdoener**:Bestellingen opvolgen, voorraden beheren en contacten met leveranciers onderhouden.
- **Efficiëntie-expert**:Structuur brengen, processen optimaliseren en continuïteit garanderen.
- **Personeelsplanner**:Uurroosters maken en zorgen dat het team altijd op volle kracht draait.
- **Operationele duizendpoot**:Bijspringen in de keuken als het nodig is.
**Wie ben jij?**
Je bent een sterke peoplemanager en hebt een paar jaar ervaring als chef. Verder herken je jezelf in de volgende eigenschappen:
- **Minstens 3 jaar ervaring als chef in een vergelijkbare keuken.**:
- **Creatief en gepassioneerd**:je houdt van koken en weet smaken verrassend te combineren.
- **Leiderschap met flair**:je motiveert je team met gemak.
- **Flexibel**:avonden en weekenden zijn geen probleem. Bij ons werk je bovendien heel schappelijke horeca-uren (om je een richtlijn te geven, onze openingsuren zijn: di-wo-do 11-21u, vr-za 11-22u, zo 11-20u).
- **HACCP-kennis**: je weet hoe je de richtlijnen moet toepassen.
