To help us in the daily life at the office, we are looking for an **Office Manager **part-time as a temporary worker.
**Description of the function
**What are your responsibilities?**
To be successful in your role, here are your main tasks:
- Organise team lunches
- Manage admin communication (reminder of Timesheets/holidays encoding, events, etc.)
- Drafting the shopping list for the office
- Management of timesheets in VSA
- Support for the monthly accounting closing (invoices)
- Answering employees' requests in the admin mailbox
- Be the support contact for VSA (access management, creation of employees, update of HR information, etc.)
- Management of paper mail
- Building management (badge, contact with cleaning company, suppliers, etc.)
- Car fleet management (contact with suppliers)
- Management of the bicycle fleet
- Computer and telephone management
- Booking of trains, hotels, etc.
**Profile description
**Who are you?**
You have experience in office management. You are fluent in French, Dutch and English. You are an autonomous, communicative and proactive person. Furthermore, you are not afraid to take initiatives.
Assets: experience with VSA, affinity with onboarding and offboarding of employees.
