In order to support our ambitions and growing organization, we are currently looking for a Junior Business Controller to strengthen our Finance Team.

**Your responsibilities**
- You help develop, automate and implement performance metrics: KPI’s, dashboards, methods, systems and decision-making models
- You collect and organize data and input from multiple sources, as a basis for appropriate and accurate financial analysis
- You prepare ad-hoc financial analysis for the finance department & business
- You assist in creation of budget & forecast:
collect data, challenge business & translate into BU/FC

prepare and load BU/FC into reporting tool
- You create and maintain analytical cost & project structure
- You develop and prepare monthly financial reporting for the management:
identifying and analyzing the causes of any discrepancies between the actual situation and the budget, suggesting corrective measures

analyzing sales performance, net working capital, cash flow and capex
- You guarantee a follow up on action plans taken by finance & business;
- You work closely with accounting ensuring a proper analytical bookkeeping
- You follow up on portfolio
- You oversee the PO process and review all commitments made by business
- You are a business partner within the company with focus on financial processes together with financial & business controllers

**Your profile**
- Master’s degree in finance/economics/management
- At least 3 years of experience in audit, financial analysis or business controlling
- Strong Excel skills is a must, notions of SAP are an asset
- You have strong analytical and problem-solving skills with profound financial knowledge
- You have good organizational skills
- You are a team player and have ability to work independently
- You are process oriented and like big picture as well as details
- You are curious, pragmatic, solution & result driven
- You are fluent in Dutch and French, English is an asset
