Build whole teams, manage stakeholders, shape processes and carry projects over the finish line As one of the first Recruiters at Crisp you'll play a key role in developing how we attract new colleagues and offer them a great experience they'll continue to talk about for the next weeks

What you'll do
- End-to-end recruitment in the Netherlands, Belgium and beyond
- Advise your stakeholders and become a true business partner for them
- Be the first one to expand our recruitment activities to additional markets
- Take part in impactful projects such as the implementation of a new ATS or the development of our employer brand

You'll report into the Lead Recruiter Operations and you work alongside and support our Junior Recruiters who take care of our Delivery Driver and Orderpicker vacancies.

This is you
- You have 3-5 years of experience in recruitment, ideally (partially) focused on Operations/Logistics
- Dutch and English are both spoken fluently by you. German or French are a plus
- In a previous role, you have already shown your organisational skills in managing or supporting in projects
- You love building something big in a dynamic environment
- You're curious to learn more and want to develop yourself.
