Wie sieht das nun in der Praxis aus? Was sind unsere Schwerpunkte in Cyber Strategy & Architecture bei NVISO?
- Definition der allgemeinen Cyber Security Strategie (z.B.. Ausbau und Implementierung eines Awareness Programms)
- Sicherheitskonfigurationsreview gemäß Best Practices (zB Active Directory Reviews)Aufbau und Sicherung von Architekturen
- Notfall Support, wie bspw. Crisis Managementbei Angriffen auf Unternehmen
- Beratung von organisatorischen und prozessualen Informationssicherheitsmaßnahmen
- Managed Services, wie bspw. Managed Vulnerability Management
- Maßgeschneiderte und nischige Cyber Security Lösungen, wie z.B. ICS UmgebungenDie Liste ist noch lange nicht ausgeschöpft und unser NVISO Labs entwickelt kontinuierlich neue Services und Wege, um auf die sich ständig verändernden Gefahren im Cyber Security zu reagieren.

**ALS EIN (SENIOR) MANAGER CYBER STRATEGY & ARCHITECTURE (M/W/D) SIND DAS DEINE AUFGABEN**:

- Unterstützung bei der Anwendung und Weiterentwicklung des ISMS (basierend auf ISO27001 und IT-Grundschutz), sowie die Durchführung von Risikoanalysen bei unseren Kunden
- Überprüfung der erstellten IT-Sicherheitskonzepte auf Korrektheit und Nachvollziehbarkeit (Netzwerksicherheit, IAM, Vulnerability Management)
- Projektberatung zur IT-Sicherheit
- Analyse der Ist-Situation, sowie Lösung und Behebung von Sicherheits
- und Datenschutzmängeln
- Kontrolle bzgl. des Realisierungsfortschritts von IT-Sicherheitsmaßnahmen, sowie deren Effektivität
- Mitarbeiterschulungen bzgl. Informationssicherheitsbewusstsein auf Kundenseite
- Verantwortung für Mitarbeiterführung und deren Weiterentwicklung

**ANFORDERUNGSPROFIL**
- Abgeschlossenes Studium oder Ausbildung im Bereich Informatik (vorzugsweise mit Schwerpunkt Cyber Security)
- Leadershiperfahrung und Spaß am Führen und Entwickeln von Mitarbeitern
- Mehrjährige bis langjährige Erfahrung im Cyber Strategy Umfeld
- Erfahrung im Bereich Cloud Security (vorzugsweise mit AWS) sowie in Security Architektur Projekten
- Langjährige Erfahrung in der pragmatischen Umsetzung von IT-Sicherheitskontrollen
- Zertifizierungen wie CISA, CISM, CISSP sind von Vorteil
- Fließende Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse
