Un groupe soudé de personnes spéciales, qui ont la liberté d'être elles-mêmes et d'offrir à leurs hôtes la chaleur et la générosité qu’on attend d'une personne qui vous accueille chez elle. Nous pensons que c'est important car cela élève l'expérience du B&B et crée un sentiment plus personnel pour les clients. Cela donne également aux clients le sentiment qu'ils interagissent avec de vraies personnes, qui se soucient réellement d'eux, de leur bien-être et de leur confort, plutôt qu'avec des clones d'entreprise lisant un script.
**À propos de ce poste**
Le stagiaire front office est le sourire lumineux et accueillant de notre nouvel hôtel situé à proximité de l'avenue Louise et du quartier du Châtelain. En travaillant de façon flexible, il sera chargé de l'accueil et de la réception mais aussi de l'interaction avec nos clients dans nos espaces publics ouverts. La relation client est sa priorité, il gérera le téléphone, l’interaction avec les clients (arrivée, départ, évènements pendant le séjour), il prendra en charge le paiement des clients et maintiendra les échanges avec les clients avant, pendant et après le séjour. Il sera également amené à donner un coup de main dans les différents départements au besoin.

- Résoudre les problèmes de manière logique et en se concentrant sur les clients
- Être disponible les jours de semaine et de week-end, et ce, dans différentes équipes
