Freelance Legal Manager (tijdelijk)

Wie zijn wij?

Wij zijn een projectontwikkelaar die zich specialiseert in de bouw en exploitatie van verschillende soorten vastgoed, waaronder hotels, studentenhuisvesting, publieke parkings, tweede verblijven en sociaal vastgoed. We bieden werk aan meer dan 60 medewerkers en hechten veel waarde aan het organiseren van interne en externe opleidingen en activiteiten om onze medewerkers te ondersteunen.

Wat houdt de functie in?

Als tijdelijke Freelance Legal Manager bij ons bedrijf ben je verantwoordelijk voor een brede waaier aan juridische taken, waaronder:
**Corporate housekeeping**:
Oprichting, statutenwijziging en herstructurering van onze verschillende vennootschappen
Opvolging van juridische geschillen in samenwerking met het management en advocaten, en raadpleging van externe consultants indien nodig
Contract management
Schrijven van verschillende soorten overeenkomsten in samenwerking met diverse partijen, zoals kopers, notarissen, overheden en externe adviseurs. Hierbij moet je denken aan compromissen, verkoopaktes en basisaktes.
Adviseren van het management over juridische uitdagingen en het ondersteunen van collega’s bij het vinden van oplossingen voor concrete zaken.
Het analyseren van wetgeving, het rapporteren hierover aan het management en het vertalen naar praktisch hanteerbare regels en standaarden.
Nauw samenwerken met de backoffice en het management, die je zullen ondersteunen waar nodig en zullen voortbouwen op jouw inzichten en aanpak.
Notarieel ondersteunende diensten
Schrijven van verschillende soorten aktes in samenwerking met diverse partijen, zoals kopers, notarissen, overheden en externe adviseurs. Hierbij moet je denken aan compromissen, verkoopaktes en basisaktes.
Inzicht verkrijgen in alle stappen van het ontwikkelingsproces en ondersteunen bij de juridische aspecten hiervan. Hierbij is het belangrijk om proactief te zijn en initiatieven te nemen om dit proces succesvol te laten verlopen.
Identificeren van mogelijkheden en het proactief geven van input voor beslissingen die een invloed kunnen hebben op het beleid en de ontwikkeling van nieuwe producten.

Als tijdelijke Freelance Legal Manager krijg je de kans om je juridische vaardigheden toe te passen in een breed scala aan taken. Je werkt nauw samen met verschillende partijen en hebt de kans om proactief te zijn en je inzichten te delen.

Wat verwachten we van jou?

Je hebt een Master in de Rechten, eventueel aangevuld met een Master in het Notariaat of relevante ervaring in een notaris
- of advocatenkantoor met specialisatie in vastgoedrecht (sterke plus).
Je hebt minstens 3 jaar relevante werkervaring en grondige kennis van het vennootschapsrecht.
Je bent een communicatieve duizendpoot en hebt uitstekende mondelinge en schriftelijke vaardigheden in het Nederlands en Frans. Kennis van Duits is een pluspunt.
Je bent een gedreven en leergierig persoon die graag bijleert en proactief te werk gaat.
Je hebt oog voor detail en gaat secuur te werk. Je bent in staat om fouten te voorkomen en zorgt ervoor dat alle taken en processen op een zeer precieze en gestructureerde manier uitgevoerd worden.
Je werkt resultaatgericht, punctueel en kan autonoom werken. Je kan het werk goed organiseren en houdt altijd rekening met de timing.
Je bent een teamspeler die beschikt over goede relationele vaardigheden.
Je gaat discreet om met vertrouwelijke informatie.
