Als Lab Supervisor krijg je de kans om een essentiële rol te spelen in het waarborgen van productkwaliteit, leiding te geven aan een team van laboranten, en een cultuur van continue verbetering en veiligheid te bevorderen.
**Functieomschrijving**
Als Lab Supervisor ben je verantwoordelijk voor het dagelijkse beheer en coördinatie van het Quality Control labo, waarbij je de QC-processen en -analyses volgt om productkwaliteit te waarborgen. Daarnaast geef je leiding aan het team van laboranten, verzorg je opleidingen, en stimuleer je een cultuur van Continuous Improvement en veiligheidsbewustzijn.
**Verantwoordelijkheden**
- Beheer en coördinatie van dagelijkse activiteiten in het Quality Control labo.
- Opvolging van Quality Control processen in het labo en tijdens productie om productkwaliteit te garanderen.
- Validatie van QC-resultaten en fungeren als eerste aanspreekpunt voor vragen van andere afdelingen.
- Ondersteuning bieden bij opmaak en controle van documenten in het management systeem.
- Bewaking van QC-processen om te voldoen aan klanteisen en -verwachtingen.
- Stimuleren van QESH & I-Cube bewustzijn en streven naar Continuous Improvement.
- Verzorgen van opleidingstrajecten voor nieuw labopersoneel en organiseren van evaluatiegesprekken.
**Profiel**
- Opleiding in een chemische richting (Bachelor, Master, of vergelijkbaar).
- Aantoonbare ervaring als Lab Supervisor met leidinggevende taken.
- Ervaring in opleiden van teamleden, functionerings
- en evaluatiegesprekken.
- Voorkeur voor ervaring in quality control binnen een labo-omgeving.
- Ervaring in een (chemisch) productiebedrijf is een plus.
- Sterk gevoel voor verantwoordelijkheid, initiatiefrijk, en een 'lead by example' mentaliteit.
- Efficiënte communicator met aandacht voor veiligheid en Continuous Improvement.
