**About the Role**:
Are you ready to be a pivotal force in shaping the success of our organisation? We're seeking a dynamic HR Operations Partner to join our team in KOB and drive human resources initiatives that align with our business goals. In this role, you'll collaborate across departments to deliver valuable services that empower both management and employees.
As our HR Operations Partner, you'll play a critical role in crafting partnerships across the HR function, ensuring that our services enhance our business objectives. You'll be the driving force behind our country manufacturing strategy decisions, orchestrating the design, implementation, and management of human resources programs for our plant. Managing labour/industrial relations will be at the heart of your responsibilities.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Advise on organisational design.
- Coach and mentor leaders, aligning their aspirations with business needs.
- Implement manufacturing people practices.
- Drive resolutions for complex employee relations matters.
- Collaborate with the HR Process Manager for data collection and action.
- Champion the company's profile and initiatives externally and internally.
- Roll out global/regional/country initiatives in partnership.
- Represent HR in employee relations matters and meetings.
- Participate in smooth HR communication within the community.
- Facilitate HR stakeholder meetings for alignment and anticipation.
- Drive performance management, supporting a value-led culture.
- Analyse talent management results to foster growth and retention.
**Skills & Experience**:
- Strong background as a HR generalist, ideally within a manufacturing environment
- Experience developing and supporting leaders within a matrixed organisation
- Strong and demonstrable experience in employee relations
- Strong and demonstrable experience working with unions.
- Strong understanding of industrial relations
- Facilitation and business coaching skills.
- Fluent in English and Dutch
