**Als Application Service Lead ga je aan de slag vanuit ons hoofdkantoor te Antwerpen Centrum waarbij je verant-woordelijk zal zijn voor het optimaal functioneren van nieuwe en bestaande applicaties. Je voor een continuïteit van deze systemen en levert ondersteuning en advies aan de gebruikers. Je vormt als het ware de brug tussen de business en de IT-afdeling. Hiervoor kan je terugvallen op een ruime pakketkennis (ERP, Microsoft,).**
**Verantwoordelijkheden**:
**Deze functie wordt onderverdeeld in 4 grote delen**: Gebruiksbeheer
- Je biedt ondersteuning aan alle gebruikers en los je problemen op waar nodig. Vervolgens zorg je voor een duidelijke documentatie om andere problemen te voorkomen. Je staat in voor het onderhoud van contacten met leveranciers, specialisten en key users. Alsook zal je instaan voor het bepalen en beheren van gebruiksrechten en behandelen van informatieverzoeken.

Functioneel beheer
- Je kijkt kritisch naar processen voor het opstellen van de vereisten en functionele specificaties voor het informatiesysteem. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het opstellen van acceptatie-en implementatieplannen, alsook de testing hiervan. Je adviseert bij kosten en tijdsschema’s.

Behoeftebeheer
- Je vertaalt de behoeften van de business naar passende functionaliteiten. Je registreert incidenten, oorzaken en oplossingen om toekomstige problemen te vermijden.

Wijzigingenbeheer
- Je registreert gevraagde wijzigingen, stelt de nodige prioriteiten en verwerkt de wijzigingen. Hierbij kijk je proactief naar de mogelijke impact op de bedrijfsprocessen. Je zorgt voor een correcte en tijdige rapportering m.b.t. lopende en uitgevoerde wijzigingsverzoeken.

**Profiel en competenties**: Voor deze functie zijn we op zoek naar iemand met een zeer brede kennis binnen verschillende pakketten, gelinkt aan logistiek en business (ERP, WMS, Microsoft,). Je bent iemand met sterke analytische skills, oplossings-en servicegerichte instelling en een gezonde dosis motivatie. Je hebt enige kennis van logistieke processen. Je beschikt ook over:

- Een hoger diploma vanuit een informaticarichting (of gelijkaardig door ervaring)
- +/- 3 jaar relevante werkervaring
- Een rijbewijs B
