Rattaché à la Direction Générale et membre du comité de Direction, votre mission principale consiste à assumer la responsabilité du fonctionnement optimal du site de production (environ 150 personnes sur site) et de sa rentabilité. Ainsi, vous êtes chargé de déployer sur le terrain l'ensemble des actions et stratégies permettant d'atteindre les objectifs industriels (productivité, qualité produits, QHSE, P&L, relations sociales sur site) préalablement fixés en collaboration avec la Direction Générale. Pour ce faire, vous pilotez et managez étroitement les Départements production, maintenance, qualité, supply chain et Engineering en étant proche tant de vos managers que du terrain et des hommes. Vous êtes le garant de l’implémentation et du respect des systèmes de production groupe et des concepts d’amélioration continue (Lean Management), ainsi que de l’ensemble des projets d’amélioration des lignes de fabrication et autres investissements. Vous veillez au respect des règles et procédures QHSE. Vous intervenez activement dans la gestion des relations sociales sur le site et êtes un interlocuteur privilégié pour les instances représentatives du personnel. Vous assurez un reporting régulier à la Direction générale.

De formation Ingénieur industriel ou civil électromécanicien, vous présentez une riche expérience de Management opérationnel en milieu de production industrielle (de minimum 10 ans), idéalement en environnement de type atelier mécanique. Manager charismatique, reconnu et respecté ; vous êtes capable de fédérer les équipes et de les amener à relever de nouveaux challenges. Vous présentez d’excellentes connaissances techniques pluridisciplinaires (mécanique, électromécanique, sciences des matériaux, ). Sens des responsabilités, goût du terrain, pragmatisme, intégrité, sens de l'organisation, rigueur et ouverture d'esprit vous caractérisent. Vous avez l'habitude de négocier avec les syndicats. Travaillez dans une organisation matricielle vous est familier. Vous avez un niveau d’anglais opérationnel vous permettant de communiquer avec le groupe. Un bon niveau de néerlandais serait un plus appréciable. Vous êtes familiarisé avec les concepts de productivité (Lean Manufacturing, 5S, 6sigma, kaizen, ). Vous présentez une bonne maîtrise de l'informatique et êtes habitué à travailler avec des logiciels de type MRP (SAP ou autre).
