Then our **Engineering and contracting manager** position might be for you For our fleet of CHP (combined heat and power) units, mainly located on the sites of large chemical companies in the Port of Antwerp, we are looking for a highly motivated, committed and dynamic engineer. **YOUR PROFILE** as an engineering and contracting manager
- You have an interest in the energy sector and in contractual aspects related to the operation of energy installations with large industrial clients.
- You have a degree in Commercial Engineering and a strong interest in operational aspects of a production environment. Or you have a degree in Industrial Engineering with an interest in commercial/contractual aspects.
- You are strongly analytical and have an objective mindset. It motivates you to translate complex contractual constructions into simple guidelines for the different operational, commercial and administrative colleagues.
- You are motivated to increase customer satisfaction and maximize financial results for both ENGIE and the customer through appropriate execution and/or modification of contracts.
- Fluency with IT tools (MS office, Power BI, Visio, PI, SAP, etc.).
- You have a good knowledge of English and are fluent in Dutch (oral and written).
- You are an efficient team player who easily works autonomously.
- You are flexible and highly mobile.

**YOUR CHALLENGE** as Engineering and contracting manager
- You will immerse yourself in all technical, operational, financial and administrative contract flows between our CHP units and our CHP customers. You will be our contract expert
- You will be able to develop a wide range of technical and soft skills by being exposed to challenging assignments in the field.
- You will have the opportunity to take on even more responsibility by initiating and supervising interesting improvement projects.
- You will have the opportunity to organize and facilitate the necessary consultation moments with the various parties involved within ENGIE Electrabel, namely Operations, Maintenance, Chemistry, Account Management, Business Development and GEMS. In this way, you will build a broad network.
