As a Metal Lathe Operator, you will be part of the production team. This team is responsible for the manufacturing of machine parts for our industrial agitators and for various tailor-made machine parts. For the manufacturing you can use the latest technologies on our turning and milling machines.
- Tasks & responsibilities- Operate one or more turning and/or milling machines (Heidenhain Control) depending on your experience;
- Ensure optimal/efficient operation and output of these machines;
- Check whether the desired quality and quantity of the output of the machines is achieved;
- Responsible for the preventive maintenance of the machines to avoid loss of time;
- Maintaining prescribed quality and efficiency data. - Reports to the foreman;
- Your profile- High school degree or equally based on working experience;
- Can independently operate one or more machines with or without clear work instructions;
- Organizing the production on the machines;
- Work together with colleagues.
