HR Internship

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Contribute to the development and implementation of local/global HR projects and additional duties as needed to support the HR function.**:

- **Assist in maintaining accurate and up-to-date HR files.**:

- **Work together with marketing team on employer branding activities.**:

- **Support the HR team in the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing welcome packets and coordinating orientation sessions.**

**Qualifications**:

- **Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.**:

- **Previous experience in HR or administrative roles is a plus.**:

- **Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.**:

- **Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels.**:

- **Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.**:

- **Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.**:

- **A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.**:

- **Must be eligible to work in Belgium and available to start the internship as soon as possible.**
