**De functie**:
In onze Regulatory Affairs Crop Protection EU Central-North Zone (APD/REC) maak je deel uit van een zeer toegewijd, internationaal en gepassioneerd team en werk je aan diverse regelgevende onderwerpen in de gewasbescherming. Als Country Regulatory Lead ontwikkel, communiceer en implementeer je regelgevingsstrategieën en verdedig je deze tegenover interne en externe belanghebbenden.
- Je onderhoudt een permanente interactie met de lokale en Europese Agro teams / experts.
- Je neemt de volledige verantwoordelijkheid voor de regelgevende activiteiten van het land (nationaal, regionaal) en voert landenregistratieprocessen uit vanaf de planningsfase tot de realisatie.
- Je onderhoudt contacten met regelgevende instanties, instellingen en verenigingen. Je volgt de lokale en Europese ontwikkelingen op het gebied van regelgeving en vertaalt deze naar BASF-activiteiten.
- Je ondersteunt activiteiten op het gebied van regelgeving en productbeheer.
- Als manager stel je ambitieuze doelen binnen het lokale regelgevende team en evalueer je de realisatie ervan gedurende het jaar. Je ondersteunt de teamleden om te presteren en zich verder te ontwikkelen, waarbij je hun vaardigheden en potentieel maximaliseert.
**Wij vragen**:
- Een afgeronde Master opleiding Life sciences (biologie, scheikunde, natuurkunde, agro).
- Uitstekende taalvaardigheid in het Nederlands, Frans en Engels.
- Minimaal 5 jaar relevante werkervaring als Registratie Manager of Teamleider Registratie en kennis van de regelgeving.
- Een strategische focus met sterke planningsvaardigheden om complexe en veranderende tijdlijnen te beheren. Gedegen expertise op het gebied van projectmanagement.
- Uitstekende kennis en ervaring omtrent wetgevingsvraagstukken, nationale en Europese richtlijnen en / of verordeningen.
- Het vermogen om een klein team van experts te leiden en een omgeving van vertrouwen en samenwerking te bevorderen.
- Sterke communicatie-, belangenbehartigings
- en netwerkvaardigheden.
- Het vermogen om zeer complexe technische informatie te vertalen naar regelgevende beslissingen, de zakelijke implicaties van deze beslissingen te begrijpen, evenals de impact hiervan op de commerciële/zakelijke prestaties.
- Een strategisch en analytisch denkvermogen, het vermogen om zelfstandig en onder druk te werken.
- Kennis van MS Office.
