Greenhouse Employee

We are constantly looking for (seasonal) laborers.

You will be trained and guided by your supervisor.

You can be employed to work all kinds of tasks in the greenhouse and warehouse. Some of the tasks can be: harvesting, leaf cutting, truss pruning, truss scraping, Bracing, twisting, lowering, weighing the harvest, labeling trusses,.

We offer housing to those who need it. But be aware that the places are limited. To live here, we ask 10 euros/day. This means 300 euros for every month you stay here. We keep this from your pay.

Following things are available in the houses: Wi-Fi, electricity, water (hot and cold), heating, furnace, microwave, oven, fridge and freezer, furniture in kitchen and living space, closet space, other storage space, bed, bedding, night table, plates, pots and pans, cutlery, glasses, mugs, bowls, washing machine and dryer, bathroom, laundry basket and garbage bins (inside and outside).

There are some rules you have to follow when living in these houses: the amount of time you can stay will be linked to your picking card, there is no tolerance for bullying, theft, fights, drug use, drug dealing, noise complaints or other complaints from neighbors. Any of the following things could be reasons for us to evict. You and your roommates are responsible for cleaning the shared parts of the house. The trash gets sorted into the right cans. You alone are responsible for your own messes as well as keeping your bedroom clean. There can be a check in from someone at Tomato Masters. If there is damage, the person responsible has to pay.

No smoking allowed, No pets allowed, Not allowed to change any locks (you get one key, if you lose this you have to pay) and you are not allowed to disable the smoking alarm. There could be additional charges for not following the rules, theft or other irresponsible behavior.

**Profil**:
We are with a team of supervisors/ managers who can speak the following languages: Dutch, French, English, German, Spanish and Romanian. If the laborer doesn't speak any of these languages, we often have a laborer who works with us who can translate languages such as Spanish, Arabic and Czech.
