Mon client opère dans le secteur de l'énergie. Il fait partie d'un grand groupe et aspire à fournir un service client excellent, à innover et à investir dans les énergies durables.
Les principales tâches de l'Assistant Commercial:
- Maintenir les informations à jour dans la base de données.
- Gestion des contrats commerciaux.
- Être le point de contact pour planifier et modifier les rendez-vous.
- Principales responsabilités:
- Assurer l'exactitude des données dans la base de données.
- Collecter et traiter des informations correctes.
- Élaborer des devis en fonction des contrats.
- Organiser et transférer des dossiers clients à d'autres départements.
- Traiter les demandes des clients.
- Établir des relations de travail solides avec le département des ventes.
- Maintenir un niveau élevé de satisfaction client.

En tant qu'assistant commercial expérimenté, vous comprenez l'importance du service client et des tâches administratives. Vous vous démarquez par des méthodes de travail structurées et précises, en adoptant une approche proactive pour garantir à la fois la satisfaction du client et les objectifs commerciaux. Votre compréhension des aspects commerciaux se reflète dans votre travail, et vous avez prouvé être un membre précieux de l'équipe. De plus, vous possédez des compétences en communication solides, tant en néerlandais qu'en français, vous permettant de passer efficacement d'un contexte à l'autre et de communiquer de manière efficace.
