Culinoa, filiale de Colruyt Group et partenaire de plus de 100 cuisines d'institutions de soins belges, produit des repas et composants de repas pour les cuisines de collectivité et l'horeca. En tant que key account manager, vous démarchez de nouveaux clients pour développer cette activité.
En tant que key account manager, vous assumez les tâches suivantes:
Vous mettez tout en ¿uvre pour développer notre portefeuille de clients et utilisez votre réseau et votre talent commercial pour convaincre les clients.
Vous représentez Culinoa lors de salons, discutez des possibilités de collaboration et menez des négociations.
Vous entretenez de bonnes relations avec nos clients existants. Vous êtes à l'écoute de leurs souhaits et de leurs besoins et leur fournissez des conseils sur mesure. Vous réfléchissez de manière proactive à la manière de réaliser des ventes supplémentaires.
Notre portefeuille de clients est très diversifié, vous adaptez donc votre approche à votre groupe cible. Vous entrez en contact tant avec le personnel en cuisine qu'avec la direction et les diététicien-ne-s.
Vous travaillez au siège de Culinoa, à Gembloux, mais aussi sur d'autres sites. Vos clients étant répartis dans toute la Belgique, vous êtes régulièrement en déplacement.
Profil
Formation et expérience - Vous justifiez d'au moins cinq années d'expérience en tant que key account manager dans le secteur de la restauration, de préférence en particulier dans la restauration collective et l'horeca, et vous disposez d'un large réseau de contacts. La connaissance des marchés publics constitue un atout majeur.
Esprit commercial - Vous démontrez de bonnes aptitudes analytiques, repérez les opportunités et adaptez votre stratégie de vente à vos clients. Vous êtes assertif-ve dans vos négociations.
Communication - Vous communiquez aisément avec différents groupes cibles, et vous exprimez toujours de manière claire et agréable. Vous développez ainsi facilement un réseau de contacts.
Prise d'initiatives - Vous recherchez activement de potentiels nouveaux clients. Vous faites preuve d'ambition et de détermination, mais restez toujours diplomatique et respectueux.
Stimulation et engagement - Votre enthousiasme et votre engagement se reflètent sur votre équipe. Cette attitude positive contribue également à impliquer et convaincre les parties prenantes internes. Vous éveillez l'intérêt des autres pour notre histoire.
Connaissances linguistiques - Vous communiquez clairement en français et en néerlandais, ce qui vous permet de travailler correctement avec l’ensemble de vos collègues et partenaires ainsi qu’avec toutes les parties prenantes.
