Ter versterking van ons intern call center zijn wij op zoek naar sales support / call center medewerkers.

Door middel van telefonische commerciële contacten ben je verantwoordelijk voor het boeken van afspraken in de agenda’s van onze accountmanagers die voornamelijk op de baan zijn. Je staat in voor het maken van de afspraak en het vervolledigen van de klant
- of prospectgegevens in onze database. Nadien verwerk je het bezoekverslag van de accountmanager en geef je feedback over bijsturingen die in navolging van je calls kunnen gebeuren. Je helpt/denkt mee over het call-script om onze boodschap efficiënter en begrijpelijker te formuleren aan de prospect.

**Uw profiel**:

- Je bent communicatief en hebt een goede kennis van de Office programma’s Word, Excel en Outlook.
- Klantvriendelijkheid en professionaliteit zijn begrippen die je op het lijf geschreven zijn.
- Je hebt een aangename stem en hebt ervaring met koude prospectie en outbound calls.
- Ervaring in de telecomwereld, telefoonabonnementen en/of affiniteit en ICT zijn pluspunten.
- Je spreekt zowel vloeiend Nederlands als Frans.
