For our client, a fast growing company, we are currently looking for an Accountant to join their Belgian Finance Team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the team with various accounting duties and other finance activities. You will report directly to the Finance Manager.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage outgoing billing process (accounts receivable).
- Support in periodic closing & reporting.
- Daily accounting entries & General Ledger.
- Prepare Belgian VAT and Corporate Tax submission and reporting.
- Prepare different reporting and analysis (Cash flow forecast, assisting in annual budgeting and reforecasting.).
- Supervise the junior BE accountant and replacing the junior accounting in her absence.
- Support on finance projects for the Belgian and Netherlands entities (PO system implementation, enhancing the use of MS Dynamics and the accounting processes )
- Coordinating the annual financial audit.
- Establish and publish Belgian annual accounts.

**Profile**:

- Bachelor's degree in Accountancy or equivalent.
- Expert in MS Excel.
- Relevant experience as (Junior) Accountant.
- Fluent in English and French/Dutch.
- Accurate with a strong analytical and critical mind.
- Respect tight deadlines and flexible to respect them.
- Takes initiative to improve things and has a strong hands-on mentality.
