Notre client est une entreprise active dans le **secteur des transports.**

Les **responsabilités** principales du **Tax Expert**:
**Impôts sur les sociétés**:

- Préparer les déclarations fiscales pour les impôts locaux belges et français & taxes locales spécifiques ;
- Calculer mensuellement les provisions pour les impôts locaux ;
- Veiller à l'enregistrement correct des soldes des impôts locaux dans le grand livre général ;
**Conformité à la TVA**:

- Veillez au respect des obligations fiscales en Belgique, en France et en Allemagne : revoir l'ensemble des déclarations de TVA mensuelles, trimestrielles et annuelles et fournir toutes les informations requises par les autorités fiscales ;
- Établir la planification fiscale de la trésorerie pour le département de la trésorerie ;
**Prix de transfert**:

- Etablir la cartographie des flux intra-groupe et vérifie leur conformité avec le principe de pleine concurrence ;
- Effectue des analyses périodiques sur les différents flux et réconcilie la facturation avec les contrats correspondants ;
**Reporting**:

- Effectuer des analyses ad hoc en étroite collaboration avec les équipes de comptabilité et de contrôle.

Le **profil** requis pour le poste de **Tax Expert**:

- Vous disposez d'un diplôme de niveau Master avec une spécialisation en fiscalité ;
- Vous avez à mínima 7 ans d'expérience sur une position similaire ;
- Connaissance approfondie de la législation européenne en matière de TVA ;
- Connaissance avancée de la pratique de l'impôt sur les sociétés en Belgique ;
- Connaissance intermédiaire de la législation fiscale française ;
- Vous êtes bilingue Français - Anglais. La connaissance du Néerlandais est un atout ;
- Vous connaissez et utilisez les outils IT usuels (Excel avancé indispensable, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint,) ;
- Vous avez une excellente capacité d'analyse, de la rigueur, et êtes autonome ;
- Vous avez l'esprit d'équipe, êtes ordonné et méthodique ;
- Vous avez une personnalité positive, ouverte, enthousiaste et motivée.
