**Doel**
Als verantwoordelijke van de dienst ICT Infrastructuur, Technology & Technical Services van Fedasil bent u verantwoordelijk voor:
- de uitvoering van de strategische doelstellingen van de dienst ICT Infrastructuur,
- de invoering van een visie op de evolutie van de infrastructuur om enerzijds te beantwoorden aan de interne behoeften en anderzijds de evolutie van de ontwikkelde toepassingen te ondersteunen,
- de uitvoering van oplossingen voor IT infrastructuur,
- het operationeel beheer van de infrastructuur en de continu verbetering ervan
- een team van 7 tot 10 personen die als belangrijkste taken hebben het beheer van de AD, de serverzalen en de evolutie naar de cloud, het netwerk
- en veiligheidsbeleid en de invoering van de M365 tools, alsook ondersteuning Devops aan de ontwikkelaars,
De infrastructuur manager is verantwoordelijk voor het beheer van een team dat instaat voor de ontwikkeling, installatie, onderhoud en weghalen van systemen die centraal staan in een organisatie. De diensten onder de verantwoordelijkheid van een Infrastructuur Manager zijn meestal de cloud en data center, mail environments, netwerk, operationele veiligheid,...
**Context**
U zal werken binnen de dienst ICT, op de hoofdzetel van Fedasil. Deze dienst maakt deel uit van de directie Algemene diensten van Fedasil. De dienst ICT voert projecten uit voor alle diensten van het Agentschap en voor de opvangcentra van Fedasil.
**Verantwoordelijkheden**
Als IT Infrastructuur Manager:
- Bepaalt u een strategie Infrastructuur IT, rekening houdend met de behoeften van de cliënten, de synergie en de schaaleconomie.
- U organiseert en beheert de dienst IT Infrastructuur in functie van het goedgekeurde beleid.
- U organiseert uw dienst om te beantwoorden aan de operationele behoeften en om de projecten te doen evolueren.
- U beheert de uitvoering van de nieuw IT Infrastructuur oplossingen, zowel op niveau van de kwaliteit, de scope, het budget, de timing als de gebruikte middelen, en laat u hierbij bijstaan wanneer nodig, door project managers.
- U zorgt ervoor dat het werk goed gepland is en dat de dienst vlot verloopt.
- U staat in voor de technologiebewaking en u beheert de leveranciers.
- U neemt actief deel aan de wervingsprocedure.
- U treedt op als een participerende manager, u stuurt aan, u coördineert, begeleidt, motiveert uw medewerkers bij hun dagelijkse activiteiten.
- U beheert en stimuleert de persoonlijke ontwikkeling van uw medewerkers door de vastlegging van doelstellingen, evaluatiegesprekken, coaching en opleiding.
- U neemt actief deel aan de ontwikkeling, invoering en administratie van nieuwe processen en werkprocedures die het operationele voortdurend kunnen verbeteren.
- U doet de dagelijks de supervisie van de operaties binnen de IT Infrastructuur, het netwerk en het IT materiaal.
- U zorgt ervoor dat de problemen op het vlak van infrastructuur en interne IT netwerken opgelost raken binnen de termijnen vastgelegd door de SLA.
- U identificeert de compatibiliteit van software
- en hardwarespecificaties
- U zorgt voor de update van de technische documentatie betreffende infrastructuur, networking & onderdelen van het IT-materiaal, samen met uw team.
**Belangrijke succesfactoren**
Als Infrastructuur Manager moet u:
- Probleemoplossend kunnen denken.
- Sterke interpersoonlijke communicatievaardigheden hebben (vooral luistervaardigheden en mondelinge en schriftelijke vaardigheden) en in staat zijn om te werken in een gevarieerde omgeving, gericht op teamwork met andere ingenieurs, project managers enz.
- Een excellente technische kennis hebben op technologisch vlak binnen jouw team en in staat zijn om bepaalde aspecten zelf aan te pakken
- In staat om complexe ideeën over te brengen aan personeel dat niet gekwalificeerd is op technologisch vlak
- Een goede kennis hebben van de hardware en de serversystemen, PC's, netwerken en de evolutie ervan (firewalls, switch, evolutie in telecom enz.)
- Een goede kennis en technische basis hebben inzake het beheer van een hybride, gemengde infrastructuur.
- Een grondige en analytische aanpak met de capaciteit om te anticiperen op potentiële problemen en om fouten op te sporen.
- In staat om prioriteiten te bepalen en middelen op een geschikte manier in te zetten.
