**Job type: Permanent /Contract / Freelancer**

**Language: French, Dutch and English**

Based on data and customers’ feedback, you will constantly adapt and improve the language used and ensure a unified voice across projects, in line with global client communication tone of voice.

You will also be responsible for the **content management of our UX Copy (update, align, rephrase Dutch to French, check & integrate translations)**. We use an in-house CMS for this purpose.

**SKILLS** - **METIER**
- Proven experience in **UX copywriting**, preferably for apps.
- Experience in financial apps is a plus
- Proven experience in **content management**:

- Understanding of UX copy writing techniques
- An understanding of UX & UI fundamentals and mobile first principles
- **Conceptual thinker**: able to understand a full customer journey in collaboration with other conceptual thinkers experienced in other domains (eg Concept designers, UX-UI designers)
- **Stellar writing skills in French**; **fluent in Dutch and English**:

- **Data driven**: ability to use analytics to improve the copy

**Strategic**
- Deep understanding of organization’s strategic objectives & ways of working
- Ability to incorporate and balance objectives
- Ability to see the bigger picture and to choose battles accordingly
