**Duties and Role**:
Assisting the Head of Financial Planning and Reporting in:

- Leading development of NCI Agency corporate level Business Intelligence reporting requirements, under supervision of FIN BI program manager
- Ensuring development and implementation of BI reports in EBS/OBIA/OBIEE
- Ensuring support to Agency Business Intelligence Competence Centre development
- Acting as a project officer and technical expert on the Agency BI implementation team with a focus on Financial matters
- Ensuring internal liaison officer role between various departments involved in BI implementation to facilitate cross-functionalities reporting development
- Providing guidance and reports upon request by Project Managers or other departments;
- Supporting preparation of corporate finance periodic reports
- Supporting process and tool development accordingly
- Preparing status reports as required;
- Supporting Business Partner role to Service Lines and high profile projects
- Participating in Project Boards or meetings as Finance SME;
- Preparing financial reports as required;
- Supporting Financial Corporate Planning in activities a customer funded environment by developing ad-hoc BI reports
- Performing any other duties as may be required.

**Requirements**:
**Skill, Knowledge & Experience**:

- Higher vocational training in business administration, public administration, finance, management, accounting or related discipline with 2 years post-related experience. Or a secondary educational qualification with 4 years post-related experience:

- Demonstrable skills and experience in areas such as financial execution, accounting and/or auditing, including knowledge of International Public Service Accounting Standards IPSAS or International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS);
- Advanced Microsoft Office experience and skills, particularly Excel, Word and PowerPoint;
- Knowledge and experience with Oracle ERP (EBS/EBA) and Business Intelligence Tools (OBIEE);
- Demonstrated ability to work as an integrated member of financial management team in a high pressure environment.
- Proven ability to effectively communicate orally and in writing
- Recent experience working in NCI Agency Finance (if this is not accepted as too restrictive, use: proven recent experience working in an international Customer Funded Organization)

- Onsite

**Travel**
- Travel to other NATO location may be required

**Security Clearance**
- Must have a currently active NATO SECRET security clearance

**Contract Duration**
- **Required Start Date**:1 June 2023
- **End Contract Date**: 31 December 2023 (with potential extension)
