**Description**:
Upway is een snelgroeiend bedrijf dat 's werelds grootste marketplace voor refurbished E-bikes bouwt. Hiervoor lanceert het na haar bedrijfshal in Parijs, Berlijn en New York een vierde locatie in België.

We zoeken voor een Head of bike mechanics om snel groeiend team van fietstechniekers op te leiden en te managen. Het team van techniekers zal 200 verschillende merken van gebruikte E bikes refurbishen tot excellente staat om de Upway klanten hoog kwalitatieve fietsen te bieden uit een enorme keuze.

Als Head of Mechanics ben je verantwoordelijk voor het hele repair proces van de E bike en zorg je dat de fietsen in excellente kwaliteit opgeleverd worden. Je bent ook verantwoordelijk voor je team, waar jij als voorbeeld leidt, een oplossing vindt op elk probleem met behoud van je oog voor detail.

Jouw team en jezelf zullen werken vanuit een goed uitgeruste locatie, zonder klanten, telefoons en énkel talloze E bikes en hoge verwachtingen. De enorme diversiteit van +2000 modellen Stadsfietsen, Cargobikes, MTB's en meer zullen zorgen voor een goede dosis variëteit om elke dag bij te leren.

**Je bent verantwoordelijk voor**:

- Een sterk team van fiets techniekers uitbouwen;
- Het team (op)leiden en managen, workload verdelen om het beste uit iedere technieker naar boven te halen;
- De reparatie, inspectie en kwaliteitscontrole voor +200 E bike merken en modellen;
- De voorraad onderdelen en benodigdheden om alle E bikes supersnel te herstellen
- Zorgen dat elke fiets die Upway vertrekt, een kwaliteit draagt die aan jouw eisen voldoent
- Een essentieel onderdeel van ons team worden waarbij jouw ideeën bijdragen aan de betere versie van Upway die we elke dag opnieuw bouwen.

**Wat je nodig hebt**:

- IJzersterke ervaring als E bike technieker alsook aansturen van een team techniekers
- Je vindt een oplossing voor elk complex mechanisch probleem
- Je test en verbetert herstel processes dagelijks
- Je slaagt erin een sterk, samenhangend en getrained team van techniekers te bouwen
- Je verbetert elke dag opnieuw de efficientie van je team door werkpunten onder de loep te nemen en te coachen
- Je bouwt een netwerk van spare part partners uit om je voorraad op scherp van de snee te managen.
- Upway groeit en verbetert razendsnel, jij bent uit het juiste hout gesneden om dit ook te doen
- Je bent resultaat gericht en durft beslissingen nemen met continue focus op de klantenervaring
- Je kan goed communiceren, kennis van Engels of Frans is een plus.
