Sample Coordinator

Job summary

The sample coordinator will perform day-to-day management and distribution of Samples and will be responsible for checking and registering new samples, maintaining database and inventories, and labeling and distributing outgoing samples.

Job Responsibilities
- Log in all samples submitted
- Manage storage, inventory and maintenance of retention samples
- Manage storage, inventory, maintenance and issuance of reference standards used in testing
- Organize shipping of samples to dedicated contract facilities
- Maintain and monitor sample storage equipment such as refrigerators, freezers, etc.
- Complete issue controlled data forms) or equivalent LES in LIMS)
- Ensure the good reception and logging of final products
- Assist in rollout of New LIMS system
- Participate in creating/improving systems

Job requirements
- Bachelor diploma
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a pharmaceutical laboratory or sampling position
- Experience with LIMS system is preferred
- Fluent in English, Dutch is really appreciated, French is a plus

Working conditions

Able to work on duty, assigned overtime and off-shift hours if necessary
