Notre client est une entreprise active dans le **secteur des assurances**.
Les **responsabilités** principales de l'**Internal Auditor**:
Votre mission consiste à coordonner et réaliser des missions d'audit, à en faire rapport de façon autonome, et à participer à l'élaboration des documents à l'attention du Comité de Direction et du Comité d'Audit. Vous travaillerez dans un environnement stimulant, dans lequel vous pouvez créer de la valeur ajoutée en:
- évaluant les processus de gouvernance, de gestion des risques et de contrôle;
- formulant des recommandations qui conduisent à la mise en place d'un environnement de contrôle qui répond aux critères de qualité les plus élevés, dans un souci permanent d'amélioration ;
- fournissant au management de l'assurance quant à la qualité de ces processus dans tous les domaines d'activités et de ses filiales ;
- Selon votre profil et expérience vous serez engagé en tant qu'Assistant Audit Manager ou Auditor Specialist. En complément de votre mission générale de coordination et de réalisation de missions d'audit:
- en tant qu'Assistant Audit Manager, vous soutenez l'Audit Manager dans ses activités opérationnelles et d'animation de l'équipe ;
- en tant qu'Auditor Specialist, vous disposez d'une expertise particulière (investissements, actuariat, IT, business, normes comptables) et vous participez, dans votre domaine de connaissance, au développement de la politique d'Internal Audit. Vous jouez le rôle de point de référence pour l'équipe d'audit et sa management team.
Le **profil** requis pour le poste d'**Internal Auditor**:
- Vous êtes titulaire d'un diplôme universitaire (master) ;
- Vous avez une expérience minimum de 5 ans en audit externe ou interne ;
- Une solide expérience dans le domaine de l'assurance constitue un atout ;
- Vous avez l'esprit d'équipe et mettez en œuvre une approche professionnelle orientée qualité, résultats et client ;
- Vous avez des qualités analytiques, techniques et de communication (tant écrite qu'orale) ;
- Une connaissance opérationnelle du néerlandais, du français et de l'anglais, aussi bien oralement que par écrit, est indispensable ;
