MISSIONS
**Supply Planning**:
- Implement data-driven decision-making processes by leveraging analytics tools to enhance forecast accuracy and operational efficiency.
- Engage in high-level collaboration with Zone Supply Chain team to infuse local insights into demand planning, ensuring a balanced approach between regional specificity and overarching supply chain optimization.
- Forge partnerships with Merchandising leaders to dissect seasonal trends and sales insights, weaving these elements into robust demand forecasts that align inventory with market rhythms.
- Collaborate with Management teams across functions to drive core business objectives around Sales, Service, Stock levels, and Profitability—balancing commercial success with exceptional customer experiences.
- Optimize inventory across both our brick-and-mortar stores and e-commerce to fulfill customer needs regardless of their shopping channel.
**Operational Excellence**:
- Elevate store operations by disseminating best practices in stock management; empower store Operations Teams through targeted training on KPIs and tools to foster adoption and overall performance uplift.
- Construct strong alliances with Logistics partners to refine delivery processes—share qualitative feedbacks and streamlined last-mile delivery.
- Lead logístical planning for new store openings by optimizing back-of-house space management and efficiency.
- Oversee staff sales initiatives within the region.
**Product Quality & Care**:
- Maintain oversight of shop-soiled item procedures ensuring consistent standards are upheld across all stores.
- Guide Care Service leaders within store environments on repair procedures and after-sales client interactions—upholding the brand's reputation for enduring quality.
PROFIL
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in supply chain management within a luxury goods environment or related industry.
- Your hands-on approach sets you apart, as you're not afraid to dive into the day-to-day activities that keep our supply chain running smoothly.
- Demonstrated experience managing complex supply chains across multiple countries.
- Strong command of English; proficiency in French or one of the languages prevalent within the Benelux or Nordic countries is an advantage
- Advanced Excel skills; experience with Power BI, XStore and SAP.
